The genius behind these multivitamins is that they are much more than just vitamin pills. You really cannot compare this product to any other multivitamin on the market. The amino acid blend in these pills almost push it into the category of a workout supplement instead of just nutritional vitamin. If you are involved in any type of strenuous exercise, you will need to increase your glutamine intake, 500 Grams (1.1 Lbs) L Glutamine Bulk Powder for it help with endurance, recovery, etc. but the rest of the blend seems to be exactly what's needed for the average healthy individual to enhance their health and well being quite significantly. An all around fantastic product!
I've been using Opti-men multi-vits for ~1 month. Previously I had been using "One A Day" multi-vits. With the change to Opti-men, I have noticed a significant increase in both mental focus and physical energy. I wake up feeling more refreshed in the morning and have nice sustained energy throughout the day.
Note that I usually only take two a day, not the three recommended.
