for those of us who are of "certain age." This covers most of the essential vitamin and mineral bases, and you don't have to add too many more supplements beyond calcium and fish oil and maybe CoQ10. Unlike another reviewer, I have had no problem taking this capsule, and I do not find it to be over-sized. Amazon's price is right. I think it's a good deal in every respect.

These vitamins Centrum Ultra Silver, For Women 50+, 200-Count Bottle were sold by Levado (SMART-CART) and will expire before the bottle can be finished. The vitamins were received in late February 2012 and expire in August 2012. The 200 count bottle cannot be finished before they expire.
